My first attempt at SHART (shoe art) is a Jeffery Campbell shoe which inspired me to make this angler fish. Lots of glitter everywhere, add a few ribbons and a light bulb voila: you get a whimsical angler fish, enough to scare anyone from putting their foot in the shoe.
